NASA Space Apps Pasadena

October 2-3, 2021

The NASA International Space Apps Challenge (Space Apps) is an international hackathon for students of all levels in cities around the world, where teams use NASA's free and open data to address real-world problems on Earth and in space.

On October 2-3, participants will form teams of 2-6 and solve challenges submitted by NASA personnel over a 48-hour period. Project submissions are judged by space agency experts and winners are selected for one of 10 Global Awards!

Meet The Team

Space Apps Pasadena is hosted by the She.Codesopen_in_new student club at Pasadena City College! She.Codes seeks to bridge the gender gap in STEM, with an emphasis on Computer Science and Engineering.

We support and encourage our fellow students in engineering, providing a sense of community, work to dismantle the untrue stereotype that engineering is not a career for women, and advocate to have all genders more equally represented in the field of technology.
